TV's are not provided, you must bring your own and all students will HAVE to pay their own TV licence under British Law.
Room rent includes unlimited use of the wireless internet, laundry facility, kitchen, and all other shared facilities. Tenants will need to arrange their own bedding, hair dryer, towels, cutlery and crockery, etc.
