Reception opening hours:
- Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

Prices include Accommodation, Bed linen, Toilet linen, Household linen (bathmat + dish towel), Cleaning kit, End of stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches), Charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee).

Available at an extra cost: Beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 folding bed without a mattress, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability and prior reservation.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
