International Centre for Accommodation and Seminars, FIAP Paris is an atypical place with a hostel atmosphere and the comfort of a hotel.
Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.

To serve this project, FIAP Paris carries out two main activities:
It lodges and welcomes in priority young people and groups of young people of all nationalities.
It allows organizations from all walks of life to organize seminars, conferences and meetings in its rooms.
FIAP offers its guests a large number of cultural and educational activities: exhibitions, concerts, etc.
It also organizes special and special moments for its long-stay guests, which are opportunities for young people to meet and discuss.

There are no age restrictions for private rooms. But for dorm rooms, reservations are for people aged between 18 and 30 years old only.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night
Please note that anyone under the age of 18 cannot stay in the hostel without having at least 1 person over 18 with them. This is very important. You will be refused on arrival if not.
3 nights minimum stay for group bookings
We accept under 18s for group bookings, and they must take the whole dorm to themselves.

Я рекомендую этот адрес, который имеет идеальное географическое расположение в Париже. Номера премиум-класса чистые и удобные. Однако я сожалею о полном отсутствии горячей воды и слабом напоре воды в целом, что немного испортило мое пребывание!

Очень хорошее расположение, очень хорошая цена
Привет, Нет вывески, указывающей на комнаты на этаже корпуса B. На комнатах на первом этаже корпуса B есть только одна вывеска. Информация о расположении номера частично сообщается на ресепшн или не известна Свет в коридоре наверху тусклый и не работает в первой части. Дверь в душевую сломана. Информация о том, что мыло не предоставлено, отсутствует или не очень видна В корпусе В нет лифта. Выставление счета производится только перед физическим отъездом и отказывается до завтрака Люди в ресторане были хорошими.
Очень тихий ассоциативный молодежный хостел, функционирующий как гостиница. Расположен в 14-м округе Парижа, на линии 6. Терраса и бар. Стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно, общежития и отдельные комнаты освобождаются до 9:30. Самообслуживание утром и вечером для еды, так что нет общей кухни. Завтрак включен до 9 утра.
The FIAP Hostel is in one of the best locations. It is a short walk to both the 6 and the 4 metro lines. The staff are very accommodating and allow you to store your bags pre/post check in/out. There is a lot of natural light and the coffee in their little bar area is fantastic. The only problem I had was that the hair dryer didn't work and the outlet in the bathroom was busted, which is only a minor inconvenience and didn't deteriorate my experience. I intend on returning.
Extremely accessible (right next to OrlyBus, and the RER to Charles de Gaulle (aka "Chuck D"). Room was exceptionally clean. No TV, no street noise. Doors have to be slammed to close, so there is a bit of banging in the halls at night. Security is top notch. Desk is friendly enough. Wifi works, but don't expect to stream videos or anything without paying for the fast wifi. Drawback: nothing is accessible for the differently-abled. Stairs abound, no elevators
