Отличный хостел. Очень тепло и комфортно. Большое спасибо Натану за его профессионализм, огромную доброту, терпение и понимание. Мы рекомендуем этот хостел. Нам это так понравилось, что мы решили остаться еще на ночь.

Очень хорошо расположен общежитие, с дружелюбным приемом. В целом довольно дешево, но более чем достаточно, учитывая цену.

Очень доволен своим пребыванием в этом хостеле. Очень чистый, очень хороший прием по прибытии. Небольшой шарлатан по распределению кроватей (кровать бронируется в строго женском номере и.....мужчина прибывает в 11 вечера). В конце концов все прошло хорошо, и менеджеры того дня выглядели очень смущенными. Только не хватает нескольких дополнительных розеток в номерах. Очень хорошо расположен.

ПРОДАЖА! До невозможности использовать душ. 2 туалета и душевые на 36 номеров. Стены тонкие, мы слышим всех обитателей гостиницы. Они не меняют простыни, одеяла и «подушки» при смене жильцов. Они никогда не приходят чистить комнаты. Короче, я не вижу никаких положительных моментов. За 3 ночи я не мог спать ни одной ночи.

Коллектив приветливый, комнаты надежные. Также есть камеры (холлы) и общежитие близко к транспорту. Легко получить доступ. Небольшой недостаток: душевые слишком маленькие.

Хостел очень хорошо расположен, чистый, удобный, удобный с отличной атмосферой и хорошими людьми! Бонус: очень удобно и экономно брать предложенный завтрак.

Люди очень гостеприимны и полезны. Место это хорошо. Атмосфера теплая.

Хороший опыт, для молодежи и молодых людей, что делает пребывание более приятным. Расположение идеальное. Услуги несколько старые, и если бы не хватало чего-то более чистого. Как правило, хорошо, для молодых людей, которым все равно, где спать.

Провести одну или две ночи недорого - это хорошо: он удачно расположен (рядом со станцией Виктория), а работники очень дружелюбны и помогут вам во всем, что вам нужно. Недостатки в том, что здесь не так много ванных комнат и душевых, и уборка может быть улучшена. Ночью и утром довольно много шума от людей, которые приходят и уходят.

Прием в общежитии очень хороший, номера чистые. Тем не менее, в хостеле нет питьевой воды. Я рекомендую этот хостел за его большую ценность.

Pour une 1ère dans une auberge de jeunesse je recommande: l’accueil est top, l'emplacement idem ( à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Victoria) & le quartier très "secure". Nous étions 2 filles et aucun soucis pour rentrer dans la nuit à pied. La propreté est plus que correcte. Nous n'avons pas pris le p'tit déj mais à savoir qu'ils demandent 1£ qu'ils reversent à une association et je trouve ça top.

Photos un peu trompeuses, les locaux ne sont pas très propres.

L'équipe présente sur place est super cool ! Bon renseignements par exemple pour les activités et les sorties nocturne.

Location, facilities, staff

They had plenty of in room secure storage, the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The common rooms, kitchen, showers and toilets were always clean. Great range of movies and TV shows. Comfortable atmosphere loved my stay. Will definitely be staying there when I return to London

It is by far the best hostel in London. Large rooms (even most 8-bed rooms are big enough so one can still move), the beds are super comfortable. The staff is great and super friendly and helpful, the toilets are cleaned regularly - the floors of the rooms are also hoovered daily, but are often dirty nonetheless. The location is fantastic, they have everything you could wish for in case you've forgotten anything essential. Free tea/coffee 24/7 and snacks as well as fresh mint water are available at the reception.

bed and bedspreads was the best

The location is very good. Very close to Victoria Station and another tube station as well. And it is only a 15min walk to two of the main museums, and to Hyde and Green Park. The staff was very friendly and you can borrow chargers and padlocks. It was quiet, clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hostel.

While the location is exceptional and the facilities clean and well managed, it is truly is the staff that make this place unique. I've stayed at quite a few hostels across Europe these past two months, but this is the only one where the staff made an effort to learn my name, my story and go above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of London. As a solo traveller on my first trip to Europe this made my time in London unforgettable. If you're traveling alone the nightly activities like pub crawls, movie nights and heading out to massive London clubs makes its so much easier to meet new people!
