The common area will now feature different areas for our residents to relax in, including a TV area.
Stoneworks has its own private laundry facilities, all controlled by the Circuit app. This enables you to see whether your washing is finished without even leaving the comfort of your own room!

Residents must be a student, enrolled in a college/university and be 17 years or older at check-in.
The post area - any letters and small packages you receive will be posted here for you to collect, with any bigger parcels stored behind reception.

Important information
All prices shown are per person, per week including fast WiFi, contents insurance and bills.
An advanced rent payment of up to one week’s rent is required when booking. When you move in, this money will transfer to your rent account, provided that you have met the terms in the Agreement.
Once you have signed your AST and paid your advanced rent payment online you are agreeing to take up your place within the accommodation and are bound to pay the AST fee in its entirety. Any subsequent request to cancel will require you to find a student to replace you, who is approved by aparto. This carries an administration fee of £100
We don’t provide a TV Licence, so residents will be responsible for splitting this annual charge among housemates.
