Isaacs is located in the Heart of the city on Dublin's Northside. The Bus station and Connolly Train Station and Luas (tram) stops are only a couple of minutes from here. The Arport bus stop is just around the corner. Major attractions such as Epic Museum , Jeannie johnston Famine ship and the GPO Museum are 5 minutes walk and it's only 12 minutes to Trinity College etc. Shops , bars and restaurants are all close by. Croke park and the 3 arena are also easily accessible.

We are based in Upper Gardiner Street, next to Mountjoy Park, a few mins walk from O'Connell Street, which is the main street of Dublin. You can reach us using Airlink bus 747 or Bus 700 which takes only 30 mins from Dublin Airport and stops nearby.) We are also near Busaras central bus station and Connolly train station. Also a short walk to the O2 and Croke Park, Dublin's legendary stadium. Restaurants, bars, shops, main tourist sights are all right here.
I spent 2 nights at this hostel. 1 in a room with 8 beds, and 1 in a room with 16 beds. The hostel is very friendly, and the staff too. The ammenagement makes the atmosphere friendly, everything is clean and the location is very good. You just need earplugs because of the nearby train. The only bad thing about my stay is not due to the hostel, but to the guy who slept downstairs from my bunk bed. He moved all night without stopping, which shook my bed, preventing me from sleeping ...
Good hostel, great location, I recommend
Very nice stay in Dublin
Room was horribly hot and just under a noisy rail track
Great location, very good breakfast and cleanliness!
Very well!
Excellent stay despite noise and heat
Really cool vibe and really friendly staff.
It was clean and had comfy beds. We spent 2 nights in a shared dorm which was great value for money. The shared bathrooms were always clean and tidy and there is a seperate mirror/ power area to dry hari etc which was nice. We also spent 1 night in a private dorm which I can very much recommend; it was spacious, has black out blinds, had its own mirror and towel included (that type of thing). We absolutely loved dublin and Isaacs meant we could see Dublin on a budget.
Very friendly hostel
I have been traveling for many years and believe me when I say that this is one of the nicest hostel I have stayed, Is very clean and have so many nice Facilities that you really dont need to go out the hotel to have fun and enjoy your holidays.
The hostel has always even nice and friendly guest .
Very clean, good value for money, was just right for what we needed!
Warm bed.
Friendly atmosphere. Lots of places to hang out. Clean facilities. Good location.
They served breakfast
Very clean and new. Staff were lively and friendly
Everything! It was such a friendly hostel, has a really great outside look and offers both a pub crawl and free walking tour which were great. Interesting basement, didn't try the sauna but it looked great and had a pool table, working room and reading room.
Their location is just perfect, you can just walk to the main attractions from there!
Location
Was very warm and cosy in the rooms
Issacs has a great lounge area and the location is very close to all the main areas. Half the staff was very helpful. Very clean.
The location was good within walking distance of the city sites
Good convenient hostel
Location was good and it was clean
Good value for money
Excellent location just next to Busaras, Luas and the Airlink Bus.
Access to kitchen was nice, staff suggestions were great and it was in a pretty decent location.
Great staff! Felt welcome from the second we walked in. The facilities are nice with wifi in the main room and bathrooms on every floor with the rooms. Also a nice location as it was a 10 minute walk to the Temple Bar area and like on the tram line so getting around Dublin was very easy.
Great sauna, great breakfast
Convenient location to train & bus stations. Reception staff were helpful z& friendly.
the hostel's location is near to the major bus station n other bus stops but away from the noise of temple bar. the walls are thin so prepared to be woken up by guests going on bout their business next door. we stayed in a private room ensuite with a 8 bed room next to us, but i guess the irish charm worked as there were no crazy party kids coming in at 4am drunk.
Friendly as well as an informative explanation of the facilities; the rooms were clean and the ablution facilities were excellent. The food preparation facilities were the best I have ever used and the dining room was spacious and clean. Tea/coffee bay needed a bit of tidying up at times, but that was likely due to the residents not co operating by washing up their cups. The lounge/internet was comfortable and the outside deck was a bonus for socializing.
Our stay here was wonderful! We stayed in the 16 bed dorm, so obviously there was noise from the other guests, but that can't be helped. The bathrooms were super clean and there were plenty of them. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there space to hang out is nice and the kitchen and breakfast were both great! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7! The location is a bit away from the city center, maybe a 5-10 minute walk. Buts it was nice to be away from the noise.

We're tucked away in a side street just off of Francis Street. It’s a great location for visiting the Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, Christchurch Cathedral, Saint Patrick Cathedral, Dublin Castle and the Brazen Head - Ireland's oldest pub! And we're only a ten-minute walk from popular hot spots like Grafton Street, Temple Bar, Camden area and Trinity College. There are many restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and supermarkets just around the corner.

I loved staying at Garden Lane Backpackers! I would recommend it to everyone, the staff are awesome and so is the free breakfast
Location wasn't bad but not the greatest of areas; a small walk to Guinness Storehouse and about a 10-minute walk to the main area of bars and shops. Everything was clean and staff and people staying were all very friendly. Would for sure recommend this to anyone and would stay there again if I get to visit Dublin in the near future.
Good accommodation to visit Dublin
Hostel ideally placed, very nice

Hostel a bit dated
It leaves a lot to be desired

If you’re booking for the festive period, we’re super-close to Dublin’s Christmas market too!
This hostel is ideal for location, clean room, bathroom and shared wc on the floor not very very clean. Otherwise I recommend for past 2 -3 nights
The stay in the Kinlay lodge was quite bad, throughout the night (1 am, 2 a.m., 3 a.m., 4 a.m.) several groups of people entered the room making a lot of noise, shouting and turning on the light without no contemplation I had to cancel my stay for the second night, thus losing the money of the reservation and having to pay for a different room.
We slept in a dormitory lacking curtains, with single glazed windows (while we are approaching the winter). The place was very poorly soundproofed. This dormitory was divided into "small rooms" of 4 people, but the lighting is common for each room. Thus, if someone wakes up early in the morning or returns late at night, if he turns on the light, he turns it on for all the small rooms. In addition, the mattresses and cushions are very uncomfortable. I did not have a good night at this property. In addition, the breakfast is not varied, there is no fruit, cheese or cold cuts. If you want to make sandwiches, we are entitled to industrial bread, butter, peanut butter and a single taste of jam. The staff is not particularly friendly, it does not take the time to discuss with the individual but only wants to go faster and more effective. Finally, no atmosphere is present in the place, the majority of travelers stay on their mobile phone the evening in the common room.
very very well located, to visit Dublin, bus amenities in front ect .....
Friendly fun
Really good
Very nice stay!
very good hostel
Great address to discover Dublin!
well
Terrible level cleanliness and staff to review
Very nice youth hostel.
Great youth house we had a wonderful time

Good place
I recommend this hostel
Nice hostel, ideally placed
good location in temple bar, nice common room
Location
Pretty good location -airport bus stop out front. rooms & bathrooms clean. Ok price
The hostel is very central, right by the Temple Bar area. Perfect for going out to explore Dublin and for nights out. The 24-bed dorm room was clean and spacious and overall it was great value for money.
The best location, good breakfast, friendly staff and very clean place!
Location
The staff was very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere.

The old interior was lovely.
lovley looking place.
It's a nice hostel just 10 minutes away from Temple Bar. Good prices and great location. It is also very clean.
Nothing to say, perfect
Nice and competent
super
One of the best!
I liked the open spaces and the kindness of the staff
Everything!
Good location near Temple Bar, tho a bit less convenient to Trinity College and city center. Good vibe in the common room although too crowded most of the time. Underbed cages for locking luggage are a great idea, all hostels should have them.
nothing to say
Fantastic location for Dublin City centre.
It was also very secure - mwith checks made whenever anone walked through the door.
Layout of the 20 bed dorms. Great kitchen area and common room.
Perfect location at the city center.
You can't beat this Location! Everything's right there, the Castle is across the Street, the Christ Church Cathedral is 3 feet from the hostel door and Trinity College is right down the street. All the restaurants and stores and everything you might need is on your street. I stayed in the 24 beds room, which I thought would suck, but it's actually like an apartment, a separate building (but connected to the main one, don't worry). The room was huge and very pretty, there were a lot of windows and window sills, even some closets to hang your clothes, you can store your luggage under the bed (bring a lock), there were sockets around the room, there's even a terrace thing. The room has high ceilings and is beautiful. The lounge are is big with a lot of couches, armchairs, chairs and tables. I didn't eat breakfast there but there's a big kitchen. The hostel is very big and very nice, very clean as well. There's bathrooms all over the place and showers. Everything gets cleaned regularly. Sometimes you might find something you might not want to see in the toilet, but that's not the hostel's fault, some people are simply disgusting and can't behave properly. All in all, book this hostel, you will love it. The bus stop to take you back to the airport is in front of the hostel's entrance so you don't have to carry your luggage all over the town. Dublin is lovely and not to big so I recommend walking everywhere, especially since the location of the hostel is so good. The Temple Bar are is a minute away. There's a big tesco like 5 minutes away, as well as a smaller one and an interspar.
Poor
Good location
Convenient location and very secure with keyed entry.
Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.
the location - sheets were clean and stay was pleasant overall
Pleasant helpful desk/ reception, easy to get around, decent facilities. Lockable storage. Close to centre.
Location was brilliant and Bed was comfy
helpful staff when booking transport and asking about info on Dublin
The rooms were clean and everybody was very friendly
Great stay
Great hostel and very well placed
A very good hostel right in the heart of temple bar
Great!
good hostel
Super nice!
we knew better
Excellent
For having spent 4 nights in this hostel, I do not recommend it. Rooms of 12 small with Spartan comfort, very bad soundproofing (get ready to hear techno all night even with earplugs), and the hotel staff is as cold as a fridge. Only positive point the location 2 steps from the city center So yes it's cheap but it's already too expensive for what it is.
In general very good!
Hostel super well placed, very friendly and not expensive!
Excellent price-quality ratio
Disappointing hostel
Extra hostel! well located, very nice home, clean and good bedding. Perfect
A horrible hostel that makes you want to shorten your stay.
friendly, very well located, cosmopolitan
Very nice hostel: well located and clean
Personal smiling, welcoming. Flat, quite humid room
Very good reception, pleasant environment, well located hostel.

A nice place and good location
poor sleep and too many malfunctions
I like almost everything.
The stuff was helpfulness. The room was clean and the bedroom very comfortable.
Also I like the breakfast .
Good service.
The hostel has a true backpacker athmosphere.
Next to city centre.
Tat add were friendly and the place was get clean and efficiently run
It is a good place to explore Dublin, the staff is friendly and the Spaniards give salsilla to the kitchen, because the guiris only know how to look at the mobile ...
We stayed in a private quad with a private bathroom, and while the room was rather small, it did what it said on the tin. The hostel's location is idea for getting to and from the airport (bus stops outside - no16 bus), it's a short walk to Temple Bar etc, and you've got access to Wexford Street and Camden Street, which boast some cheap eats and bars.
Mostly the location a nad the attic room;)
Good hostel
Clean facilities, good central location
I liked that the rooms were big and you could make lots of friends.
Excellent staff very competent and very kind
Kind and helpful staff.
A group of 21 on a stag do stayed and it was perfect for what we required.
Central location
Avalon House was very clean and comfortable. The unisex washrooms were nice and had plenty of showers. The room I stayed in was nice, offering comfortable beds. I was lucky to have been in a quiet room, so I had a nice stay. Breakfast is included, though it is limited to cereal and toasts.
As far as hostels go, Avalon is pretty plain, but it has a great location near Temple Bar and St Stephen Green.
The location is good, it's in walking distance to all attractions, nightlife, shopping and the bus to the airport stops right outside.
The hostel does free walking tours around Dublin and they have a pub crawl which would be good for people looking to meet others.
There are nice common areas and a coffee shop within the building.
There is free breakfast (though I missed this!)
Everything was clearly organized, staff was really helpful.
Whatever you wanted to see, you could walk to (most) sights.
Location. Staff
Its well located in dublin centre and offers free cold breakfast with a tour in the morning!
well put

The hostel is very well placed to be in the heart of the city without having too much transport to make to visit all the interesting places and monuments. The rooms of 4 are a little tight. The general condition of the hotel is a bit older, a good renovation would not be a bad thing. The kitchen has a lot of tables to find its place easily. Storing products in the fridge is a bit difficult. People tend to leave their dirty dishes in the sinks. But it is satisfactory overall for the price. Not too much contact with the staff.
Really small room for a lot of bunkers bed.
Really cold outside the room
Not enough bathroom for the amount of people.
But
Really good emplacement and not expensive
This hostel is super well located. We could do a lot of walking tours. The staff is really very friendly. So yes it's a little noisy but it is to be expected for a youth hostel at temple bar. Yet I had no problem sleeping! Small advice, invest in earplugs, it's magic!
Very good place with good breakfast and at a very good location.
the hostel is ideally located ... right in the city center, and from the street bars ... you can not get closer! Very convenient after spending the night doing the tour of the bars. The rooms are spacious, secure access (magnetic card), private bathroom in the room. Very good hygiene! very good atmosphere! Excellent value.
The price is quite high for the final service ie beds with low-end mattresses and "pillows" limit useless for the thickness it had. The bathroom was clean although the shower was inconvenient, however the toilet flush worked badly not at all. Note however the proximity to temple bar which is a very good point + good welcome from the staff.
Odor infects in the room
good
EXTRAORDINARY!
very good stay
A great stay at this hostel!
Great location in behind the Temple Bar.
all things
all sights and touristic places within walking distance
Awesome location safe and secure. Loved it
Great location, easy to find. Even though right in the action, street noise was shut out with the windows closed and I slept really well. Power sockets for every bed. Staff pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast standard and simple. Nice common areas.
LOCATION!!!!
Perfect location to go out in the temple bar area
Great atmosphere and location, easy to meet people
Great staff!!
It is located next to the Temple Bar Pub, so literally in the center and heart of the Temple Bar area. Also very close to a Tesco and many other attractions like City Hall, O'Connell Street, the Liffey, Dublin Castle, Trinity College and so on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is free (just toast, jam, juice and tea but enough as you don't have to pay for it.) We stayed in a room including a private bathroom and it was quite clean for Irish standards. I have been to Dublin plenty of times and this was the cleanest bathroom I ever had.
The location!
After travelling around for a month with my sister an staying in a number of hostels, this one was by far the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't feel stupid asking questions and advice on what to do. The facilities were good and clean and it was really great that breakfast was provided.
Location was perfect - right in the centre of Temple Bar; in fact, the famous Temple Bar pub is on the same small street. I stayed in a six bed dorm which was clean and reasonably spacious. The reception staff were friendly and keen to help, they have plenty of information about all the different things to do not only in Dublin, but elsewhere in Ireland. The recommended pub crawl and free walking tour were excellent, so I would definitely check those out. The pub crawl is 12 euros but you get a wristband which then lets you go for free, so if you go more than once this works out well. The free breakfast was simple but had a reasonable choice of fruit, cereals, toast etc. to start your day. The kitchen was spacious and great to cook in, and there was also a separate common room with computers, a television with DVDs and games console, and a guitar, so plenty to do when hanging out in there.
Would definitely stay at Barnacles again, and would recommend it to all my friends. :)
Good location. Great plugs and lights beside bed.
The room was lovely and the bedding very clean and comfy. The breakfast was great and we loved the communal meal in the evening. The plug sockets and lights by each bed were great.
Very well
Staff was really friendly. Good location for drinking (close to most major bars).
Staff are insanely helpful - always had a ton of suggestions on where to go and what to do, SO central, right in temple bar - main pub area and short walk to everything to see and all the pick up areas for tours, clean, good atmosphere - met tons of other travelers,
Very good location in temple bar and next to shamrocker a office for bus tours. Staff is very nice and went out of their way to give me ideas. Took a nice day trip to Howth at his recommendation and was very pleased. Breakfast is toast and cereal but kitchen is nice and spacious and clean.
Very good location. Next to the famous "temple bar pub". Staff were very helpful.
Staff are outstanding. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Probably the best location in Dublin City centre. Comfortable beds
Great staff, perfect location
close to the bars, open 24h and offers a great shuttle service to the airport for a very good price!
Best location in the heart of Temple Bar area, very friendly staff and lots of activities.
I especially liked the international, friendly and "young" atmosphere. It was also wonderful how helpful the staff was. We received a lot of great advice regarding trips and transportation and perfect support.
It's also very nice that the hostel offers a common room and a big kitchen as well as recurring events like Spaghetti Monday and movie nights. :-)
The location, of course, is also unbeatable.
EVERYTHING!!! Great location, extremely friendly atmosphere, clean rooms and facilities, free breakfast and dinner with plenty of food for everyone even if you go last minute! Had the best experience thanks to barnacles!!!
Ideal hostel: location, cleanliness, amenities & general atmosphere
Very good hostel
Good location and clean. Breakfast is pretty standard stuff but cheap for 3euro - Dublin is pretty expensive for food othewise. Good location close to ha'penny bridge.
Very good holidays
Lovely communal areas, great kitchen/dining area, great 6 bed bunk room with en suite, good location, chilled vibe
perfect
clean and modern
Everything there is great. The common facilitates, the rooms, the staff, the left luggage possibility, the showers, the towels, the beds, the location - simply loved it!!!!
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Best location to imagine in Dublin, just off O'Connell Street, however still very quiet. Nice offers like free beer on one evening and plenty of opportunities to meet other people.
I felt very safe, they had a useful kitchen and the staff were so friendly. It was a great stay!
.
Modern, clean, good staff and very central.
It was central and close to athe temple bar night life. It was also not a long way from the bus stop. The building itself had great character and was done up nicely.
Location is amazing, staff were fantastiic (very handsome man behind the desk at night too...) very clean, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Great location and atmosphere! Really clean and roomy!!
Very clean, good location, comfortable bed
This hostel is in a great location, I was able to walk everywhere during my stay in Dublin. The staff are fun and friendly, and the free booze nights make it really easy to meet other travellers.
The hostel is very well located and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms were great.
Staff were friendly (for most part) and helpful, room was clean, beds were comfy, en suite shower room was really good! Location is excellent.
It is a very colourful hostel, it was really nice relaxing in the lounge. I also really liked the location, close to many shops, pubs, resaturants...
Free dinner on Wednesday night
That it has character whitin the building as it is a listed building, close to everything you possibly need. The place is easy to get to within walking distance from bus station. Plus the hostel put free sangria on for all backpackers ;-)
I loved its' location. Right on the Liffy and the city centre, and was a great atmosphere for the short time that I was there!
The staff were really helpful and saved a bottom bunk for me as I had recently had knee surgery. The ensuite bathroom was clean and modern.
Refurbishment
I loved the location, which is right by the Liffey river, a short walk from many great attractions. Compared to many hostels I've been to over my years if traveling, the rooms were very nice and clean and I was surprised by how nice the bathroom in our room was. There was hot water all the time. There's a good atmosphere in the hostel.
Staff was helpful and it was fairly close to everything. Also the shower was nice.
Nothing.
Good positioning, price, cleanliness, and staff.

Located just off Dublin's famous O'Connell Bridge, we are the most centrally located hostel in the city. Temple Bar, Ireland's famous cultural corner and nightlife spot is a two-minute walk away and can be seen from the front windows. We're just minutes from all the major places of interest and shopping areas including Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street and Stephens Green.
The focus was on the design of the lobby and bar. the wifi is of good quality. Very good. The rest is disappointing: unfriendly staff, loud music constantly in the lobby (to make young and trendy probably), noisy hostel (1 window of the room overlooked a patio occupied by people from the bar until late at night) , no hook in the room (where do we hang his clothes), locker under the bed for his business very difficult to access because the bed was in an angle, etc ... I recommend only for those who want to do the party !

Really kind staff, always there if you nees any help. Dormrooms clean and very well equipied. Sanitary very clean also and their amount is more than enough for all the people hosted there. My trip in Dublin was a success partly thanks to this hostel!
Para mi la parte nueva me encanto. Perfecto todo.
Disappointed by the showers ... No bath mat and full of hair on the floor ... We must make the bed, it surprised me but it is not a problem.
Très bien accueilli pour l'arrivée et le départ.
Une superbe ambiance avec un bar très convivial.
aménagements modernes autant dans les chambres que dans le espaces communs, et relativement propres.
J'ai apprécié cette nuit a Generator hostel.
Thanks a lot!
Surprised by the party we had not heard of. However we had a good night.
Nice living environment with animations. Fish and chips delicious! Good location. Just next to the Jameson Distillery (warning, our GPS did not take us to the right place when we put the name of the hostel, so we put Jameson Distillery every time to get in.)
This Dublin hostel is must. Lots of backpackers and the vibe is excellent. Clean and safe.
Great location close to the Jameson distillery. Very nice dorms and friendly staff.
Really great location and the staff were friendly and gave good suggestions of what to do around Dublin.
Very clean hostel. Right beside jameson distillery and not far from guinness brewery. Short walk to temple bar.
Great open plan layout for the main area, with great bar area. Really well designed, funky modern interior which was great to relax and chill with a pint. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy and linen is provided. No issues with noise at all apart from my dorm mates snoring! Loved the huge under-bed lockable storage boxes - very secure once locked with your own padlock.
Best hostel in Dublin, can't find a fault
Good location, bustling with activity in the lounge instead of the rooms!
I have stayed quite a few times and every time the staff treat you as one of thier best customers so friendly and very helpfull
I was so impressed by this hostel - definitely one of the best I've stayed in. Gorgeous bar/lounge and cafe area. Rooms were really well equipped with two plugs and a light per bed as well as a huge lockable (if you have a padlock) storage box under the beds. Everywhere kept very clean.
The location, and the few staff who were kind. The design was interesting. They tried to keep things secure. Try is the operative word.
The staff was extremely helpful - before arrival and during my stay. I was able to book a great day trip to the Cliffs of Moher through the front desk. The lockers in the rooms held all my stuff easily and were secure.
Great hostel. It's location is in a very open, modern and clean area of Dublin right across of Lighthouse Cinema and nearby the Coca-Cola bike share rental stations. The front-desk staff were friendly, the design of the place was cool, and the amenities were well-kept. There were social events almost every night too.
Bar and big lounge make it really comfortable . Supermarket across the street with a cafe , perfect for budget travellers .
A short walk to all the main attractions, good atmosphere to chill at night in the bar area (where the drinks are a lot cheaper than a lot of the bars in the Temple Bar region!) We stayed in 418 and it was clean and comfortable, quite basic but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. I would recommend this hostel to anyone!
Very cool vibe and great location
The cleanliness
Great location. Friendly staff. Brilliant social areas with good bar and sitting areas. Loved it.
Excellent friendly staff, great food
Best hostel I ever stayed at.
Great place. The staff are friendly and informative. The food is delicious and well priced. The bar has a great atmosphere. All rooms, bathrooms and general areas were exceptionally clean. Would definitely visit again!
Really big, clean and central
Great style and decor. It looks impressive and modern.
There is a great bar with pool table plus lots of tables and seating spread around the lobby.
Clean rooms including bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
Friendly, approachable staff - checking in was easy and they were very accommodating.
Its a great location near to the city center and in the same building than the Jameson destillery. Its a nice bar downstairs which is quite good to meet new people!
Perfect, nothing to say again
This is a GOOD hostel.
The layout of the bar / cafe downstairs is great, dark and cosy, a bit hipster but not too loud or expensive.
The rooms are small but not poky - my 6 bed female dorm had its own bathroom with a great shower, lockable drawers under each bed and all the modern trappings such as two plugs behind each pillow and a personal light.
I arrived at 9 am and was politely told that check in as at 2pm, however they checked to see if my room had been cleaned and told me to wait in the bar - within half an hour the lovely women at reception had come to find me and give me my key!
The location is great - about 8 minutes walk to Henry Street, maybe 12 minutes to O'Connel Street.
What a beautiful place!!
Good experience
excellent hostel
It was quite good value for money, good social areas and the place does have quite a bit of character
Location and atmosphere top,
None
I liked the common areas very much and the atmosphere I experienced there.
Séjour agréable dans une auberge idéalement située. Personnel aimable et accueillant ; chambres propres et claires ; petit-déjeuner continental ou britannique, abondant et de qualité.
Very good hostel. Shower and toilet common by floor (6 showers and a toilet, which is more than enough). Quality breakfast for a hostel and good atmosphere. The decorations in the corridors are very beautiful (murals). Finally, the location is ideal, 300 m from temple bar. Everything is cheap, especially during the week. I recommend !

cold reception, noisy place because of the frequentations that day, very disturbed by the occupants during the night, turn on the lights at 2am, then at 4am when sleeping without any respect of those who slept, breakfast in the basement without air or opening on the outside except if smoker ... and bad quality. Too bad all other hostels in Dublin and Ireland were all there. Do not stay on this very bad impression.
