The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CHF 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Check-in from 4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Check-in outside of the official check-in time will be charged with CHF 100 per hour Check-in after 10 p.m. is not possible. Check-out until 10.00 a.m. Parking on request with charge 2 x 4 persons-car or 1 VAN CHF 210/week. The common indoor pool (on request with charge CHF 35/person/week ) is in function from June until end of September and can be used by people/swimmers aged 8 years and over. Minors must be accompanied by adults. The indoor pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona pandemic due to official regulations. Electric current consumption (upon counter) with charge CHF 0.80 / KWH. With charge weekly cleaning of the apartment CHF 490 and changeover bedlinen/towels CHF 280. Managed by a private host
